The Hive is the planned physical expression of the NIA model: collaborative, project-based, mentor-rich and deeply connected to Newport Beach. Space will be intentionally limited because the value of the experience depends on proximity, trust, focus and a strong community.
Selective In-Person Experience
Applicants seeking the immersive Hive experience will undergo a high-level screening process designed to identify people prepared to make full use of the opportunity.
Online Access Beyond The Hive
NIA is also developing online and hybrid pathways so participation is not limited to those selected for the physical location.
